What BoDocs costs
BoDocs has two options. Both are one-off payments — there is no subscription and no recurring fee.
Documents Only — R149.99
You answer the guided questions, we generate your CIPC-compliant Beneficial Ownership Register, Disclosure of Beneficial Interest, Securities Register and Original Mandate. You download the signed PDFs and file them on the CIPC portal yourself.
Documents + Submission — R249.99
Everything above, plus we submit the filing to CIPC on your behalf and send you the confirmation. This saves roughly 40 minutes on the CIPC portal and removes the most common cause of rejection: uploading the wrong file in the wrong place.
